Auto Dealer Monthly announced their Dealer’s Choice Awards today, and good old Carloan.com walked away with the Platinum Award in the Special Finance Lead category. While winning awards is really cool, I think that this particular one is indicative of a larger effort we’ve made to treat our customers right during some tough times, and to grow with them in the current rebound environment. To be honest, we’re really proud of the award, but even more proud of our 2% attrition number this month.
For 6+ years I’ve been hearing some version of “a lead is a lead” from dealers all over the country, but after they’ve partnered with us for a couple months, those same people tell me that not only to they like our leads, but the insight of their account rep is an invaluable resource that they weren’t counting on when they signed up with us. To my way of thinking, the award is just as much a statement about our team’s ability to help dealers navigate the Sub-Prime waters as it is about the leads themselves.
