We offer two options for signing up for Carloan.com auto finance marketing programs. Both programs deliver car loan applications to you every day, but the PreQual program uses our proprietary IntelliLead scoring model to assess the buyer’s credit quality.
You get the benefit of a credit-scored lead without a hard credit pull, courtesy of the unique relationships we have with TransUnion and Experian as a licensed financial services company.
To be clear, these are not trigger leads – these buyers apply for a car loan through our network, and we validate the information via our bureau partners.

As part of your membership in the Carloan.com Dealer Network, you can get access to our internet lead management (ILM) system, DOLLAR. It’s a turnkey solution managing all of your leads, regardless of source, and takes you from reviewing your potential customers to submitting your deals to lenders for funding.

Improve your closing percentage by letting us make sure that none of your leads fall through the cracks. Our automated email system - Follow Up Every Lead, or FUEL for short - sends personalized emails to your prospects at every step of the sales process.
When you add FUEL to your membership in the Carloan.com Dealer Network, you get:
* A Complete Cycle of Communication– Starting with a welcome email that invites the consumer to access their Account Status page to check on the status of their loan. If they don’t go to their account web page and set an appointment, that initial email will be followed by:
- a 48 hour check-in email
- one week follow-up email
- 15 day check-up email
* Full Integration with our ILM System– We alert your dealership in advance of the appointment using our internet lead management (ILM) system, DOLLAR. Support your sales team with FUEL to keep them focused on the floor and not on sending emails. When a customer misses an appointment, FUEL kicks in to get them back on the sales track.

The members of the Carloan.com Dealer Network have put their faith in us to help them find real people in their markets who are looking for financing. To support our promise, we developed the Quality Assurance Program (QAP).
QAP is a simple process that allows you to return leads in real-time via our internet lead management system, DOLLAR, and receive a replacement lead. Within 48 hours of the lead entering your system, you can initiate a review by clicking the button on the lead detail screen. Once you submit a lead to us for replacement, our team goes to work to investigate and verify that the application is not up to snuff. If we confirm that there is an issue, we credit the lead and replace it in your queue.
Your input is extremely valuable to us to ensure that we are targeting our marketing for you effectively and that you are getting the sales opportunities you are looking for. We provide this quality protection to our partners in the Carloan.com Dealer Network at no additional cost.
