*A bad lead is defined as any application that does not meet the “Bona Fide Application” as described in the terms of service section of your contract. Here are some criteria specified:
• Applicant does not reside within your specified trading area
• Applicant income is below your specified level
• Applicant is not employed / without income
• Applicant is under 18
• Application is fraudulent
• Bad contact information
